Verizon’s 5G Home Internet service is now available in two new cities: Dayton, Ohio, and Jacksonville, Florida! Customers can now sign up for 5G Home Internet with promised download speeds up to 1 Gbps or Business Internet with promised download speeds up to 300 Mbps.
For current Verizon customers with qualifying phone plans, the price starts at $50/month, and for those, without a qualifying phone plan, the price starts at $70/month.
In an effort to get customers on its home 5G service, Verizon will offer up to $500 to cover early termination fees for customers who leave their current internet service provider and make the swap to Verizon 5G Home Internet.
Verizon’s 5G Home and Business Internet services are currently available in parts of 62 cities, with full coverage in 59 cities. Verizon is just getting ramped up, so customers without Verizon home coverage that want it just sit tight!
